These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pa33 governing your access to and use of the pa33 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer services, and payment facilities available through pa33.app.

pa33 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Account registration requires successful age verification. Any account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately suspended.
Each player is permitted a single pa33 account. Duplicate accounts linked to the same identity, device, or Pakistani mobile number will be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited.

By completing the pa33 registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use the pa33 Platform after any update to these Terms has been published, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms should be read alongside the pa33 Privacy Policy and the pa33 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and pa33.
Access to pa33 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:
Age Verification: pa33 is required to verify the age and identity of all players. You will be asked to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) as part of the KYC process. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 21 or over will be suspended immediately. Any funds deposited to an unverified or underage account will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any bonuses claimed.
pa33 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any point during a player's use of the platform, including before processing a withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pa33 may result in account suspension.
To access pa33's gaming and betting services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and complete. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) pa33 account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, household, or Pakistani mobile number — is strictly prohibited. pa33 employs technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pa33 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pa33 login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. pa33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the login page itself. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify pa33 support immediately and change your password. pa33 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
pa33 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme consistent with the requirements of its international gaming licence. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and proof of your payment method (for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet). KYC must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. pa33 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on account funds while KYC is outstanding.
pa33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Raast instant payment. All transactions are processed in PKR; no currency conversion is applied at any stage, and no third-party processing fees are charged by pa33.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the pa33 cashier section and may vary by payment method. pa33 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Limits applicable to your account tier or VIP status will be communicated to you directly.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) internal fraud and AML checks. Standard processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes for fully verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one to three business days. pa33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
pa33 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. pa33 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction it deems unusual. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with pa33's obligations under its international gaming licence.
Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used to make the deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy is in place to protect players and to meet anti-money laundering obligations.
pa33 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including but not limited to: wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, game contribution percentages, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.
Bonus funds credited to your pa33 account must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any withdrawal can be made from bonus-derived balances. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires total bets of PKR 30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and certain slots may have reduced contribution rates as specified in the promotion terms.
pa33 takes the integrity of its promotional programme seriously. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to hedge bonus exposure, or any other method that pa33 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — will have their bonus balance forfeited, and pa33 reserves the right to close the player's account. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at pa33's sole discretion.
pa33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account, but pa33 may apply corrections where a promotion has been published due to a technical error or in circumstances where the promotion terms were clearly unintended.

By registering a pa33 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for KYC and anti-money laundering purposes, which pa33 is obligated to retain under its international gaming licence requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa33 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the pa33 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or third-party payment processing delays.
pa33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. pa33 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the platform's notification system.
pa33's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your pa33 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits pa33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
pa33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pa33 will freeze the account balance until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation determines a violation of these Terms, pa33 may forfeit any bonus balances. Verified real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable deductions.
You may close your pa33 account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be completed in the normal course.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws applicable under pa33's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between you and pa33, the following procedure applies:
You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis and that you waive any right to participate in a class action or consolidated proceeding against pa33.

Where changes are material, pa33 will provide reasonable notice to active players via email or a platform notification, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the pa33 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update. If you disagree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
